Babaji's Kriya Yoga - Cunha, Brazil - Ashram Flor das Águas

Ashram Flor das Águas is located in Cunha, a small town in the interior of São Paulo state, Brazil. It is easily accessible from the capital (220km/136 miles away) in a mountainous region surrounded by a large Atlantic Rainforest reserve, with a mild climate, fresh air, waterfalls, and all the exuberant flora and fauna of a subtropical forest.

The Ashram, also called Espaço Flor das Águas, hosts a community of residents, students, guests and visitors, with Acharya Narada and his companion Ramani as mentors. The community gathers daily at dawn and dusk to practice Kriya Hatha Yoga, pranayama and meditation. These practices are also streamed online on YouTube and Instagram. Ashram Flor das Águas hosts the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Initiations in Kriya Yoga, Silent Retreats and Teacher Trainings. It has also hosted national Kriya Yoga meetings and the 1st International Festival of Kriya Yoga - Om Guru Om, in addition to promoting celebrations of devotional dates such as Mahashivaratri and Gurupurnima. The 1st Initiation in Kriya Yoga is also offered as a Residency, conducted by Acharya Narada, for groups of at least three people. This extensive, 7-day Initiation format is intended to integrate theory and practice, transmitting and experiencing the specific techniques of each day of the week.
