Weekly Message from Babaji's Kriya Yoga

Sometime in the later 1800's at Dasasamedhghat in Banares, the Great Master and Immortal Yogi, Kriya Babaji Nagaraj, announced to a small group of his devotees which included his ecstatic sister, Mataji, Lahiri Mahasaya, and Ram Gopal Mazumdar, that he would shed his ageless form and plunge into the Infinite.

Mataji, having earlier glimpsed his plan spoke up and asked, entreatingly why he should leave his body? Babaji replied because it makes no difference to be visible or invisible; to which Mataji made this plea. "Guru-deva; if it makes no difference please do not discard your form."

AUM! The beloved Master consented to retain His physical body which will be visible to a selected few only. Thus a first-rate crisis in the history of the Kriya movement was staved through the intervention of the holy sister. Jai Mataji! Saints may come and Saints may go, but Babaji will go on forever

Babaji has an abundance of personal magnetism, and Shakti follow his words. Many of the weekly messages are His words and contained within "The Voice of Babaji: A Trilogy on Kriya Yoga," which was dictated by Kriya Babaji Nagaraj to V.T. Neelakantan in 1952-53.

These inspired messages contain teachings for all Babaji's Kriya Yoga disciples and devotees throughout the world. The sincere Kriya Yoga student is helped in his sadhana, even without knowing the source of the help.
